How much can a bungalow or villa on the Costa Blanca cost me?

- Green Coast. It is the coast of northern Spain. It is bathed by the Atlantic Ocean and has great natural landscapes. and many cliffs. Its waters are colder and largely wild.

Taking the Costa Blanca as a reference, we can find a wide range of prices. It must be taken into account that the characteristics of the house have a great influence when it comes to setting a price. We can find:
- Bungalows. From 250.000 € in areas like Torrevieja with swimming pool, green areas and rest areas near the sea and all services. From 350.000€ in areas like Finestrat-Benidorm with evenprivate swimming pool (in one of the most touristic and international locations in the world: Benidorm).
- Villas. From 600.000€ to 800.000€ in areas like Torrevieja of course, with private pool and 3 or 4 more rooms solarium, basement, private terrace etc. And in the case of Finestrat-Benidorm between 700.00€ and 1.000.000€..
